Tom Cruise biography is "sick", says lawyer
Tom Cruise's lawyer has blasted an upcoming biography of the actor as “sick”.
Lawyer Bert Fields says Andrew Morton's Tom Cruise: An Unauthorised Biography is full of "tired old lies", including the "nutty" claim that the star is the Church of Scientology's second-in-command.

"The man should be ashamed of himself and so should his publisher," Fields said.
"He pretends to be writing a biography without ever talking to anybody who has really known Tom for the past 30 years."
He refused to confirm whether Cruise would be suing over claims featured in the book which hits American stores this month.
Morton has also written controversial biographies on Princess Diana and Victoria and David Beckham.
The book's publisher, St Martin's Press, said in a brief statement: “We stand by our book and our author."
